I can’t thank you all enough!

Dear Jonathan, I can’t thank you and your staff enough for how you have taken me through my dentistry journey over the past 12 months. As you know when I first come into your surgery I did with the utmost fear and trepidation, having grown up with a deep hatred of dentist, drills, injections and that chair! I avoided dentists for nearly 45 years! Recently being diagnosed with both a heart problem and type 2 diabetes, I knew the day would come when I had to take the plunge. I am so happy I choose Whitehall House practice, you and your lovely professional and amazing staff. I am loving my new look mouth and managed by you and your team with zero pain, I didn’t even realise you had injected me with local until you told me! I am now a true convert and actually look forward to arriving at your practise as I know you and everyone there will look after me. Once again please pass on my most sincere thanks and I hope you all enjoy the chocolates, a very small gift of appreciation for everything you guys have done for me!

A thoroughly professional team

I have been a client since 2000 and throughout the relationship I have received excellent advice, treatment and, importantly, underpinned by prompt and attentive administrative support. A friendly, jovial and committed atmostphere prevails.

Recent emails from the surgery epitomise the professionalism and sheer enthusiasm to progress on all fronts of dental technology and treatments. I have benefitted directly from these developments having recently had very successful implant surgery.

I am amongst the many clients who are somewhat fearful of visiting the dentist but this is allayed by the calm, reassuring and throughly professional personnel. Details of treatment are discussed and explained in detail.
